MILK, the highest-profile mainstream gay-themed movie since "Brokeback Mountain", will not win the Best Film at the next Golden Globe. Hollywood Foreign Press, the enigmatic international body that awards Globes, nominated Sean Penn for his widely praised portrayal of Harvey Milk, the legendary San Francisco elected official who was murdered in the 1970s, but shut out the film in the "Best Motion Picture — Drama" category.
