SIN issues warning to AIDS activist, Brandon Sandor, plans to tell Yahoo!, Hotmail to delete his accounts

An "unstoppable protagonist", Robert Brandon Sandor, the founder of www.HIV-UB2.net today received a warning from an official at Strength In Numbers, warning him to stop forwarding emails to them and others. The official said, in an email copied to myself and others, that if Sandor failed to do what they have asked him to do (and that is to stop emailing them and others in the SIN group), he would tell Yahoo! and Hotmail to delete his accounts. It is sad that no one within the LGBT community would come up and ask for a meeting between Brandon Sandor and those he (Sandor) accused of accounting fraud and negligence. Sandor have asked many many times for a public debate regarding serosorting as a trend to break the cycle of HIV transmissions. Below are emails recently being exchanged between Sandor and SIN.

I want you to explain to the general public WHY you take money from them, BUT do NOT want to break the cycle of HIV transmissions.

Lawyers, Bryan and David.

Lawyers.

MY witness's ( by subpoena ) will be: The NYSDOH, NYCDOH, GMHC, COLUMBIA University, NYU, GMADD, The LGBT Community Center and many more - whether they like it or not. Remember, I have a decade of "supporting evidence" of on going negligence, censorship, discrimination and accounting fraud.

How fast can you get your lawyers together on this? The media is watching...

Not sure why you'd want to forward this email onto us, but I agree with the GLBT National Help Center that if you continue to email David and I, or post to any SIN Yahoo Group calendar, we will ask Yahoo or Hotmail to delete your accounts as violating their terms for harrassment.

This is our last formal request to stop emailing us or posting to SIN groups.

Bryan

Mr. Sandor:
We have asked repeatedly for you to remove our email address from your distribution list. We have not requested this information, nor do we wish you to continue to receive it from you. We are making one final request that you stop sending us any further communications immediately. If you fail to do so, we will contact your internet provider (Yahoo) and advise them that you are in violation of their TOS (Terms of Service). For your information, please read the conditions of your use at http://docs.yahoo.com/info/guidelines/spam.html .

We would advise others who are receiving these unsolicited emails to make the same request of Mr. Sandor, and if he does not take appropriate action, to notify Yahoo's security department as well.

Thank you.

On a global scale, ANY Organization, Agency, Department that receives public or private funding in the name of HIV Prevention, Education, Awareness or Harm Reduction, and does NOT support Serosorting or Safe Sex Serosorting - is involved in: Negligence, Discrimination, Censorship and Accounting Fraud. NO HIV agency (etc) has the moral, ethical or legal right to "pick and choose the flavor of the month" when it comes to HIV prevention, education or awareness; and the safety and health of the general public. ESPECIALY when these HIV agencies (etc) beg for money (fundraisers) in the name of HIV prevention, education and awareness.

After 30 years of HIV Prevention, you (plural) STILL have not realized the fact that Serosorting and safe Sex Serosorting is the end result of YOUR CURRENT HIV prevention strategies. Let me explain:

SEROSORTING YOUR HIV PREVENTION STRATEGY

Condoms used YES YES
HIV Testing required YES YES
Status Disclosure YES YES
Condoms NOT used* YES NO
BREAKS THE CYCLE of transmission YES NO

* HIV+ men can have safe sex (Safe Sex Serosorting) or unsafe sex (Serosorting) and STILL will not infect an HIV- person. HIV- people can only have safe sex (Safe Sex Serosorting only).

Therefore, Serosorting (and Safe Sex Serosorting) is the application of YOUR HIV prevention strategy, and taking it one step further: MY HIV Prevention Strategies (SEROSORTING and SAFE SEX SEROSORTING) BREAK THE CYCLE OF TRANSMISSION. Thus, ANY Organization, Agency, Department that receives public or private funding in the name of HIV Prevention, Education, Awareness or Harm Reduction, and does NOT support Serosorting or Safe Sex Serosorting - is involved in: Negligence, Discrimination, Censorship and Accounting Fraud.

We HAVE the ability to STOP HIV transmissions NOW, BUT, only IF you want to.

There are only FOUR (4) reasons why HIV is STILL here today:

NEGLIGENCE
DISCRIMINATION
CENSORSHIP
ACCOUNTING FRAUD

The GLBT National Help Center is a fine, outstanding example of all four and MUST be audited.

Thank you for your continued hate and censorship against me, at least I KNOW I'm on the right track as I write the future of HIV PREVENTION! Maybe I should start getting PAID for my work?

Have a nice day;
Robert Brandon Sandor

Serosorting as an HIV Prevention and Harm Reduction Strategy

  1. How widespread is the phenomenon?... and are the rates of new infections zero or nearly zero for sex partners taking part in the phenomenon?... of the strategy of "Let's get tested TOGETHER BEFORE we have sex, for A VARIETY of STDs." Sexual health checkups reduce ambiguity/risks and can be like anything else POTENTIAL sex partners do together.
