Really? Dutch Police Allow Public Sex at Night

That's why we love the Netherlands. They are real people. My good friend emailed me today and told me that gays can now have sex in public parks in his country. Sounds weird but true. The National Diversity Expertise Center (LECD) of the Dutch Police recently moved to decriminalize gay cruising and sex in public parks. Instead of pandering to pious moral standards, the proposed legislation focuses on realistic, common sense compromises that serve the entire community. However, sex and cruising are limited to the evening hours, making the parks squeaky clean during the day. Not bad.
