Finally David Marash quits Al Jazeera English

The New York Times reported that an American anchor left Al Jazeera English Channel (100 million households worldwide), citing increased editorial control. David Marash, the most prominent American anchor on Al Jazeera English was quoted as saying "To put it bluntly, the channel that 's on now -- while excellent,and I plan to be a lifetime viewer -- is not the channel that I signed up to do". Marash was a former correspondent for ABC's "Nightline".
