"Gospel According To Matthew" is a solo performance by Matthew Frances , taking on a well-worn subject - christianity vs. homosexuality, and injected with an inventive, personal twist. By using his real-life saga of being a born-agan minister of Jesus, and fending off "demonic" homosexual urges, Matthew pieced together dialogue extracted from real interviews with a variety modern-day saints and sinners. Check him out at the New York Fringe Festival. Sounds like fun.
